Woke up to lots and lots of snow still coming down.  After class we ventured out to take pictures once the snow had stopped. We found the Italian version of a sled—a large black trash bag. All ages were out sledding down the streets on their trash bags.  On the way home, we found some trouble walking down the hill to our doorway and an Italian lady held my hand to cross over to her freshly shoveled path, she was worried. I have no idea what she was saying though haha. Tomorrow we will take our first field trip to Florence on the train. We leave at 7am to walk to the station. There in Florence, we will have lunch at a restaurant that is supposed to be the best meal we will have the entire trip, very exciting!

My legs are finally getting accustomed to the hills we must walk to get anywhere in town although I am still out of breath by the time I get to the top of one portion.
